Today at the gym I set personal bests by squatting 260 and bench pressing 175. I’m very proud of myself and I would like to thank my weight training coach Derek for spurring me on. This post is part bragging part record keeping. Lets see where I’ll be in another 6 months! Next big target: 310 squat (3 plates) and 220 bench (2 plates).
